Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The total cost of the accommodation is paid in advance, at the time of booking, in up to 6 installments with Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, and Elo credit cards. Up to 3 installments with Amex credit cards.

For installment payments, the minimum installment amount is R$ 800.00.

Installment payments are only accepted for citizens of the host country; foreign cards are not accepted.

For reservations with prepayment via credit card, the card must be presented at the hotel reception upon check-in. The guest must be the cardholder. We do not accept third-party cards for accommodation payments.

Cancellation Policies

Full prepayment of the accommodation is required at the time of booking confirmation.

In case of cancellation, modification or non-attendance, the amount due will not be refunded or reversed.
