This package includes a special dinner, with the date and format previously defined.
In case of cancellation, change, or no-show, the full package amount will not be refunded, as it involves services booked in advance.
The package is valid exclusively for the reserved date and cannot be used for another period.
Reservations are personal and non-transferable.
Arrivals after the check-in date or early departures will be charged the full package amount, with no refund or prorated credit.
Amounts paid cannot be converted into credit, exchange, or discount on other services.

Free cancellation or change:
The customer may request cancellation or change of the reservation within 7 (seven) calendar days after the reservation is confirmed, as provided for in Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, provided that check-in does not occur within this period.
If check-in is scheduled to take place within 7 days after the reservation is confirmed, refunds or changes will not be possible, even within the legal cooling-off period.
Cancellations after the 7-day period:
After the 7-day period from the reservation confirmation, the reservation will be considered non-refundable, and there will be no full or partial refund of the amounts paid, including in cases of cancellation or change initiated by the customer.
Cancellations within the week of check-in:
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, regardless of the reservation confirmation date, are non-refundable.
No-show:
In the event of a no-show on the check-in date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and there will be no refund or credit for future use.
Early departure or cancellation after check-in:
Cancellation of a stay after checking into the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, does not entitle the guest to a refund or credit. The full amount paid will be forfeited.
Unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure (e.g., bad weather, health problems, transportation issues, etc.):
Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure do not exempt the guest from paying the full amount of the reservation. No refunds will be issued.
Promotional Reservations:
Reservations with promotional rates, promotional codes, or linked to specific campaigns (e.g., Consumer Week, Black Friday, among others) are non-refundable, cannot be changed, and do not qualify for credit for future use.
Packages with specific services (dinners or special dates)
Package reservations that include services with specific dates (such as Easter dinners, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, among others): These reservations are valid exclusively for the reserved date.
In case of cancellation, there will be no refunds and there will be no possibility of using the services on another date.
