Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy:
The reservation can be canceled free of charge, when the customer requests cancellation within 7 days from the date of the reservation.
The consumer's withdrawal after the 7-day period established in art. 49 of the Consumer Code implies the right to retain the daily rate(s) paid by the service provider.
In case of no-show: the full price of the reservation will be charged.
-> Withdrawal after entry: Withdrawal from your stay upon arrival or after entry into the Hotel, as well as early departure for any reason WILL NOT GIVE THE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT TOWARD NEW DAILY RATES, resulting in total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rate.
-> Cancellation due to bad weather: canceling a reservation due to bad weather does not allow cancellation at no cost, giving the Hotel the right to retain the advance amount.

General Policy
Daily: Begin at 2pm and end at 12pm (except for some promotional package exceptions); Breakfast: included in the room rate, when served in our restaurant; Extra bed: R $ 88,00 per day; Parking charged separately R $ 20,00 (check availability for not hosted); Gratuity policy for children (daily and meals): - 0 to 05 years: Free; - above 06 years: full value. Cancellations 07 days before Check-in charged 100% of the signal. - There will be no refunds, nor will any kind of credit be granted for use on any other date, in the late order. - The non-cancellation within the period specified above and the non-attendance of the guest on the first day provided for occupancy, will imply the full collection of the reserved period; Voltage: In our city the voltage is 220V. Minors Policy The lodging of a child or adolescent of less than 18 years in the Hotel is prohibited, unless authorized (parental authorization registered at the registry office) or accompanied by parents or guardians (according to ECA Law 8.069). If accompanied, it is mandatory to present identification document of children and adolescents at the time of check-in (in accordance with Law 12.038).
