Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• Reservations made directly with the hotel (official website, Reservations Center, or telephone) may require full or partial payment in advance, depending on the rate policy selected at the time of booking.
• Reservations made through agencies, tour operators, or partner websites follow the payment and billing terms defined by the respective channel.
• When applicable, the remaining balance must be paid at check-in.

Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation is free up to 15 days before the check-in date.

• Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance will incur a penalty equivalent to the first night's stay.

• In case of no-show or early departure, there will be no refund of the amount paid.

• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 15 business days of the request.
