Cancellation Policies
Up to 30 days (30 days or more) in advance, 10% of the total package value will be charged.
From 29 to 15 days in advance, 30% of the total package value will be charged.
From 14 to 1 day in advance, 50% of the total value of the package will be charged.
On the day of check-in or in case of no-show, 100% of the package will be charged.
"SPECIAL CONDITIONS"
Package dates may be changed without charging a fee according to the rules below;
• From February to December 19th (except holidays) with up to 10 days before check-in.
• From December 20th to January 31st and holidays up to 30 days before check-in.
