In case of no-show, the full nightly rate will be charged. * IMPORTANT * For reservations where the card transaction is declined or the card is invalid, a new valid card must be requested and if it is not presented within 24 hours of the request, the reservation will be canceled.

*Early check-in or check-out after these times will be confirmed subject to hotel availability and are subject to an additional charge. * Check-in for minors under 18 years of age is only permitted if accompanied by their parents (with original ID documents of the parents and the minor) or by an official guardian (with written authorization with notarized signatures of both parents and notarized copies of the ID documents of the parents and the minor. (Law 8.069/1990).
*One child up to 7 years of age is free of charge. The hotel has an extra bed subject to an additional cost and upon prior reservation through the Reservations Center by phone (61) 3433-3888.

Pet Policy:

The hotel is Dog&Cat Friendly
• Reservations of up to 3 nights: Daily rates + pet fee of R$80.00 per dog and/or cat and per day;
• Reservations of 4 nights or more: Daily rates + pet fee of R$250.00 per dog and/or cat (fixed price for the entire stay).
• Two pets up to 12 kg are allowed per apartment.
• Upon check-in, At check-in, you must present an updated vaccination card with the V-8 or V-10, Rabies and Canine Flu vaccines, in addition to the deworming medication and documentation proving that the animal has undergone treatment to eliminate fleas and other parasites.

*The hotel will charge the following additional fees:
- Service fee: 10% of the daily rate
- Service tax (ISS): 3% of the daily rate

• One animal is allowed to stay per apartment (dog or cat up to 12 kg).

• At check-in, you must present an updated vaccination card with the V-8 or V-10, Rabies and Canine Flu vaccines, in addition to the deworming medication and documentation proving that the animal has undergone treatment to eliminate fleas and other parasites.

• A lodging fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged, including taxes, per day.
