Payment and Guarantee Policy – Monthly Guests
- To confirm your reservation/blocking of the apartment, prepayment for the first 30 days must be made.
- The mandatory guarantee for the amount of one monthly payment is made by bank slip or Pix (individual) and/or contract (legal entity) for the amount of one monthly payment.
- Contract: signed with a minimum term of 01 month and a maximum term of 03 months, and may be renewed at the end of this term.
- Payment methods: direct payment (cash or debit card), advance deposit or invoice (subject to credit analysis by the finance department);
- Payment can be made up until the time of check-in (entry), in cash or by debit card.
- After check-in, the monthly fee or package amount becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policies - Monthly Guests
- In the event of a guest not showing up and not canceling within 72 hours before check-in, there will be no refund, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. In this case, the apartment will be available to this guest for the duration of the month paid.
Cancellation Policies - Packages
- Rules valid for stays of 10 to 29 consecutive nights.
- Cancellations and changes will be accepted up to 72 hours before the check-in date. After this period, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.
