The Transamerica Prestige Recife-Boa Viagem offers comfort, modernity, and sophistication among its lodging options in the city of Recife. It is located on the beachfront of Boa Viagem beach, in one of the most beautiful landscapes of the Pernambuco coast. The hotel is approximately 2.2 km from the RioMar Shopping Mall. The reservations center is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but our reception is open 24 hours a day, every day. Reservations processed through this system include up to 9 apartments per average stay. For reservations of more than 9 or 10 apartments, a group booking policy applies, with separate Terms and Conditions for negotiation and application. Dear guests, please be informed that we are currently undergoing a hotel retrofit, which will continue until the end of 2026, modernizing our facilities to provide a better experience and accommodation for guests and event participants. During this period, there may be a reduction in the availability of apartments and meeting rooms. Thank you for your understanding. The rates and commercial conditions for periods starting on 01/01/2027 take into account the scenario of the Tax Reform (Constitutional Amendment No. 132/2023 and Constitutional Amendment No. 214/2025), notably the Contribution on Goods and Services (CBS) and the Tax on Goods and Services (IBS), as well as any other taxes, fees or contributions that may replace, incorporate or succeed them, for any reason. Thus, the parties agree that: (i) Accommodation values will be increased by the CBS at the rates in effect at the time of the taxable event. During the legal transition, the price will also include the ISS and other remaining taxes. (ii) if the final rates or subsequent regulations result in a tax burden different from that estimated above, the amounts will be automatically adjusted, without the need for prior notice or acceptance, to preserve the economic and financial balance, with simple communication being sufficient." (iii) The Tax Invoices will now highlight the new IBS and CBS rates under the new Full Non-Cumulative regime, in the form and conditions established by EC No. 132/2023 and other subsequent regulations.
