(ii) if the final rates or subsequent regulations result in a tax burden different from that estimated above, the amounts will be automatically adjusted, without the need for prior notice or acceptance, to preserve the economic and financial balance, with simple communication being sufficient." (iii) The Tax Invoices will now highlight the new IBS and CBS rates under the new Full Non-Cumulative regime, in the form and conditions established by EC No. 132/2023 and other subsequent regulations.
