Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Credit cards:

Only the cardholder can use the card.

The total amount of the reservation may be charged at any time.

Billed:

If approved, payment will be made 15 days after check-out.

Important: Cancellation is not permitted and the full cost of the daily rate will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.

Cancellation Policies

Non-Refundable Rate Policy:
Important: By booking this rate, you agree to the following conditions:

The total amount of the reservation may be charged at any time.
Cancellation: No refund. Cancellations after purchase will not be refunded.
Billed companies: In case of cancellation, the full amount will be invoiced for payment within 15 days.
Virtual card companies: In case of cancellation, the full amount will be charged to the virtual card at the time of cancellation.
Exception: Full refund is allowed within 7 days after purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

No-show: In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
