This policy is valid for holidays and high season, the customer can cancel up to 15 days before check-in. In case of cancellation outside the permitted period or no-show on the day of check-in, 100% of the total amount of the accommodation will be charged as a penalty.

In case of cancellation, the amount paid is non-refundable. Amounts paid to guarantee the reservation will be credited to be used within one year of the original reservation date, for use at a future date. When rebooking, amounts may be subject to increase according to seasonality/new period chosen.
