Deposit / Guarantee Policies

For reservations made by credit card, the data will be used to make the full payment in advance or to guarantee the reservation, depending on the type of rate. This will only be accepted if the guest is the cardholder.

For invoiced reservations (valid only for companies), the invoicing period is 15 days after check-out.

This policy is valid for holidays and high season, the customer can cancel up to 15 days before check-in. In case of cancellation outside the permitted period or no-show on the day of check-in, 100% of the total amount of the accommodation will be charged as a penalty.

On other dates:

For this rate, the customer may request cancellation free of charge up to 3 days before the check-in date. In case of cancellation outside the permitted period or no-show on the day of check-in, the amount of 01 night will be charged as a penalty. In case of early departure, only the nights used will be charged.
