Deposit / Guarantee Policies

CREDIT CARD:
The reservation will only be confirmed upon full payment of the reservation fee.

DEPOSIT OR PIX (Brazilian instant payment system):
A 50% payment of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining payment must be made by the check-in date.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/20/2026 - 1/9/2027

The guest will be required to pay the full price of the reservation in case of cancellation at any time.

On other dates:

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Guests will be charged the full price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days of arrival.
