- Credit card:
It is mandatory to provide credit card details to finalize the reservation, which will be used as a guarantee to charge the first night in case of cancellation after the deadline or no-show at the refundable rate and 100% payment in advance of the amount at the non-refundable rate. Payment will be charged directly at check-in, using a credit, debit card or cash in the case of a refundable rate.
Credit card installment policy:
1 night - payment in cash.
From 2 nights - payment in 3 interest-free installments.
Above R$ 1,000.00 - installments in up to 6 interest-free installments

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: Cancellation not permitted. Advance payment required. Please note that, in the event of cancellation, no-show, early departure or changes that reduce the total cost of accommodation, there will be no possibility of refunding the amounts paid.
Free cancellation up to 7 days after purchase, after this period the full amount will be charged

On other dates:

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in. After this period, the amount equivalent to the first night will be charged.
