Reservations with a "Refundable" policy can be changed or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the standard check-in time. After this period, in the event of a no-show, a no-show penalty equivalent to 100% of the first night's stay will be charged.

All reservations with a refundable policy, where credit card is the guarantee and/or payment method, will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking, starting 48 hours before the check-in date.
