Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Bank deposit: Proof of payment must be sent to the reservations email address at least 72 business hours prior to check-in (to confirm receipt).

• Credit card: The total amount will be debited at check-in.

12/30/2026 - 1/3/2027

Full payment is due upon booking, with an irrevocable guarantee. Prepayment must be made by credit card.

On other dates:

• Billing: Subject to prior credit analysis and approval.
• Bank deposit: Proof of payment must be sent to the reservations email address at least 72 hours before check-in (to confirm receipt).
• Credit card: The full amount will be charged at check-in.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/30/2026 - 1/3/2027

• Changes and cancellations are permitted up to 15 days before check-in.
• After this period, in the event of cancellation or modification, there will be no refund.

On other dates:

Cancellations/Reservation Changes: Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before check-in. After this date/time, a one-night fee will be charged.
"NO SHOW": The first night's fee will be charged.
