The Estanplaza Chain is 100% smoke-free.
It is not allowed to smoke in the hotel's communal areas, as well as inside the apartments. The fine for violations of this rule is BRL 150.00.
Underage Stay
As determined by the Brazilian Federal Law No. 8,069, of 7/13/1990, we do not provide accomodations for people under the age of eighteen (18), unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. In case the underage person is accompanied only by their legal guardian, at check-in it is obligatory to present a notarized authorization for accommodations for underage person signed by the parents.
Regardless of any other provision, anyone under the age of eighteen (18) must present, at check-in, photo identification as proof of identity and sonship, even if accompanied by their parents.
