Deposit / Guarantee Policies

When making a reservation, a credit card is required as guarantee in the event of guests’ no-show. On the days leading up to the check-in, the hotel pre-authorizes the credit card in order to verify its veracity.In case of refusal of operation by Card, a message will be sent requesting immediate contact by the guest and if this does not occur within 24 (twenty four) hours before Check in (time of entry) the reservation may be canceled.
Payment will be made directly at the hotel in cash or card (debit or credit – we take the following brands: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Dinners and Elo). We do not take checks.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations cancellations or changes will be accepted up to one day before the check-in date.
If cancellation / change is requested less than 24 hours from check-in time, the Hotel will charge a penalty for the first night.
Any reservation changes will be subject to availability and possible adjustment of values. Cancellations made on the day of check-in (check-in date) will incur a fine, as a result of no show, for the amount of the first night.
The amount charged for no show will not be converted to credit for future bookings.
