Deposit / Guarantee Policies

● For reservations made directly through our booking engine (hotel website, WhatsApp, or front desk), if the cancellation occurs up to 15 days before the check-in date, the amount paid will be fully refunded. If the cancellation occurs between 0 and 14 days before the arrival date, a penalty corresponding to 50% of the total reservation value will be applied. In case of no-show, 50% of the total reservation value will be retained as a penalty.
