Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The reservation amount may be automatically debited from the card registered at the time of confirmation, at any time up until the check-in date.

We offer payment in up to 6 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment of R$50.

For installments over 6x, the following charges apply:

7x: 2% surcharge

8x: 4% surcharge

9x: 6% surcharge

10x: 8% surcharge

11x: 10% surcharge

12x: 12% surcharge

Cancellation Policies

● For reservations made directly through our booking engine (hotel website, WhatsApp, or counter), if the cancellation occurs up to 15 days before the check-in date, the amount paid will be fully refunded. If the cancellation occurs between 0 and 14 days before the arrival date, a fine corresponding to 30% of the total reservation amount will be applied. In case of no-show, 30% of the total reservation amount will be retained as a fine. Policy
