Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The reservation amount may be automatically debited from the card registered at the time of confirmation, at any time up to the check-in date.

We offer interest-free installment plans of up to 6 times, with a minimum installment of R$50.

For installments exceeding 6, the following charges apply:

7 installments: 2% surcharge

8 installments: 4% surcharge

9 installments: 6% surcharge

10 installments: 8% surcharge

11 installments: 10% surcharge

12 installments: 12% surcharge

Cancellation Policies

For reservations made directly through our booking engine (hotel website, WhatsApp, or at the front desk), if the cancellation occurs up to 15 days before the check-in date, the amount paid will be fully refunded. If the cancellation occurs between 0 and 14 days before the arrival date, a penalty of 30% of the total reservation amount will be applied. In the case of a no-show, 30% of the total reservation amount will be retained as a penalty.
