After confirming the reservation, it is necessary that within 24 hours the payment of 100% of the total amount of the reservation is made via Credit Card to guarantee the lock of the apartment.

Cancellation Policies

4/1/2025 - 11/30/2025
4/1/2026 - 11/30/2026

Cancellation of reservations without a No Show charge is allowed up to 7 days before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

Cancellation of reservations without a No Show charge is allowed up to 1 day before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

On other dates:

The guest has a period of 7 (seven) days, from the confirmation of the reservation, to cancel without having to provide justification. In this case, a full refund of the amount paid will be guaranteed, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
