Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• “Non-Guaranteed” reservations will be confirmed in the system until 6:00 p.m. on the day of check-in. After this time, it is up to the hotel to accept or not;
• Guaranteed reservations will be confirmed until 12:00 p.m. on the day following check-in. In the event of a no-show, a fine will be charged in accordance with the reservation policy;
• Reservations made under non-refundable conditions are not subject to cancellation and/or change.
• For specific requirements when issuing the invoice, such as CNPJ, among others, please inform us in advance at the time of reservation or up until the moment before check-in.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy: Promotional rate is non-refundable. Reservations will be confirmed upon full payment of the daily rate. No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation, changes or no-show. In the event of early departure, no refunds or cancellations will be made, and the full amount of the accommodation will be charged.

General Policy

Reservations with a no-show guarantee are confirmed by 12:00 pm on the day after check-in, and a daily fee will be charged in the event of a no-show. Reservations without a guarantee will be confirmed by 6:00 pm on the check-in date; after this time, reservations will be automatically cancelled.

The credit card used to make the reservation serves as a guarantee and will be charged one daily fee (at the time of confirmation or before check-in) in the event of a no-show. In the event of an invalid card, you will be contacted via email to provide new information. If there is no response after these attempts, the reservation will be cancelled, and it will be up to the hotel to accept it or not.

For full prepayment options, the card will be debited immediately after the reservation is completed or a deposit will be made into the account upon presentation of proof of identification. It is mandatory to present the credit card holder's photo ID.

For specific requirements when issuing the invoice, such as CNPJ, among others, please inform us in advance at the time of reservation or up until the moment before check-in.

CHILDREN'S POLICY
The accommodation of 01 child up to 06 years old is considered free of charge as long as the apartment accommodates the number of people stated. Children over 6 years old are charged as an adult.

We accommodate children up to 1 year old in a crib (limited quantity) upon prior request, in a superior category or suite. Children over 1 year old will be accommodated on a sofa bed located in the anteroom. We do not have extra beds available at the Hotel.
The accommodation of people under 18 years old, unaccompanied or together with other representatives, will only be accepted upon presentation of written authorization with the parents' signature notarized. For accommodation of people under 18 years old, even if accompanied by their parents, paternity must be proven through an I.D. (identity card) or C.N. (birth certificate). Art.82 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law No. 8,069/90) defines as a crime the harboring of a child or adolescent unless authorized or accompanied by their parents or guardians.
