Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• “Non-Guaranteed” reservations will be confirmed in the system until 6:00 p.m. on the day of check-in. After this time, it is up to the hotel to accept or not;
• Guaranteed reservations will be confirmed until 12:00 p.m. on the day following check-in. In the event of a no-show, a fine will be charged in accordance with the reservation policy;
• Reservations made under non-refundable conditions are not subject to cancellation and/or change.
• For specific requirements when issuing the invoice, such as CNPJ, among others, please inform us in advance at the time of reservation or up until the moment before check-in.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in time, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded. After this period, cancellations and changes will not be accepted. In case of no-show, the first night's fee will be charged. In case of early departure, there will be no refunds or cancellations, and the full amount of the accommodation will be charged.
