Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/23/2026 - 2/14/2027

Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before check-in. Reservations made less than 30 days before check-in will not be refunded.

We do not cancel accommodations due to weather conditions, except when we receive a notice from the port authority informing us that the crossing will not take place due to the weather.

Rates can be changed and canceled with a refund up to 15 days before check-in.
