Cancellation Policies

This Promotional Rate is "Non-Refundable" in the event of a cancellation request and there is no possibility of changing the date after payment of the reservation.

We do not cancel accommodations due to weather conditions, except on occasions when we receive a notice from the port authority informing us that there will be no crossing due to the weather.
