Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required.
In case of payment by credit card, it will only be processed through a card debit authorization form sent by the hotel's reservations department.

OPERATORS: If the operator does not have a registration with the hotel, it is necessary to pre-pay 100% of the reservation value.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of reservations: If cancellation occurs at the guest's request, it is hereby established that:
a) The guest must arrange, in a timely manner, to be replaced by another participant, under the same contracted conditions;
b) Arrange with the hotel your participation in another program, and the new date must be confirmed within 180 days, otherwise the right will expire;
c) If it is not possible to apply the aforementioned hypotheses, the following percentages will be charged on the amount paid, as a fine for the resulting expenses:
10% if cancellation occurs 31 days or more before check-in date.
20% if cancellation occurs between 30 to 21 days before check-in date
30% if cancellation occurs between 20 to 11 days before check-in date
50% if cancellation occurs between 10 and 1 day before check-in date
100% if it occurs at the show (no-show to use accommodation)
