Reservation requires full prepayment for the entire period booked. Reservations cannot be changed or cancelled under this condition.

On other dates:

All reservations must be guaranteed. Reservations can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the check-in time. After this period, in case of no-show, one night's stay will be charged as a NO-SHOW penalty.

Cancellation Policies

All reservations must be guaranteed. Reservations can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the check-in time. After this period, in the event of a no-show, one night's stay will be charged as a fine for the NO-SHOW.
