ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PRE-PAID BETWEEN 04/26/2025 AND 05/02/2025. RESERVATIONS NOT PRE-PAID WILL BE CANCELLED.

On other dates:

All reservations must be guaranteed through credit card data or guarantee through agencies and Operators with billing released at the hotel, upon prior registration with the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 4/26/2026 - 5/1/2026

Reservations require full prepayment or irrevocable No-Show guarantee. Reservations cannot be changed or cancelled.

On other dates:

All reservations must be guaranteed. Reservations can be changed or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the check-in start time. After this period, in case of no-show, a daily fee will be charged for the NO-SHOW.
