Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Guarantee Policy: To confirm your reservation, prepayment of the total cost of the stay and taxes is required up to 30 days prior to check-in. Prepaid amounts are non-refundable.

A pre-authorization for the total amount can be made at the time of booking to validate your card. If the card is invalid, we will contact you to request a new one.

The card provided for payment must belong to the reservation holder.

On other dates:

Guarantee Policy: To confirm your reservation, prepayment via credit card for the total cost of the stay and taxes is required up to 2 days before check-in. Prepaid amounts are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 11/5/2026 - 11/9/2026

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and changes can be made up to 30 days before the arrival date. After this period, the full amount of the reservation plus fees will be charged.

On other dates:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and changes can be made up to 2 days before the arrival date (48 hours before check-in, 3 PM - Local Time), except during holidays and major events, which must comply with the current policy.

During major events, full prepayment of daily rates and fees is required to confirm the reservation. Prepaid amounts are non-refundable.
