Deposit / Guarantee Policies

A prepayment of the total reservation price will be charged at any time.

Payment for daily rates and fees can be made via bank deposit in cash/TED/PIX. Proof of deposit and the reservation number must be sent to the hotel at least 72 hours before check-in.

Payment for daily rates and fees can also be made by credit card (no installments) or debit card at any time up until check-in.

Checks are not accepted as a form of payment.

Cancellation Policies

If a cancellation is made up to 24 (twenty-four) hours before the check-in date, a full refund will be issued within seven days. After this period, a penalty equivalent to the first night's stay will be charged.

If the room is guaranteed, a guest's failure to check in will be considered a no-show and the full amount of the reservation will not be refunded.

Any and all reservation cancellations will only be valid if made in writing.
