Deposit / Guarantee Policies

In case of no-show, we will charge one daily fee to the registered card.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. If there is a payment for your reservation, we charge a 10% fee to cover administrative costs.
All reservations are confirmed with a no-show guarantee, according to the pricing policy of the price chosen by the customer.
Reservations without a no-show guarantee will be automatically cancelled from 6:00 p.m. on the check-in date.
