The guest can be charged at any time after making the reservation, but there is a cancellation deadline of 7 days before the check-in date.
Cancellation Policies
12/30/2022 - 1/2/2023
During high season periods and holidays, the deadline for changing and canceling a reservation is 14 days before check-in. After this period, the total amount of the reservation will be charged, as well as in cases of no-show (No show). Prepaid amounts will not be refunded, they may be converted into credit to be used at the hotel or rescheduled until 12/31/2023 in accordance with Law No. 14,046/21
On other dates:Free cancellation allowed up to 7 days in advance of the check-in date.
