Confirmation will be made upon full advance payment of the stay by credit card at the time of booking. The amount will be automatically debited from the card provided.

Reservations not confirmed by advance payment may be canceled without prior notice. In the event of a no-show, cancellation, or change, the current cancellation and non-refund policies will apply, depending on the selected rate.

Cancellation Policies

After confirmation of purchase, all services purchased, including accommodation, are considered non-refundable. This condition is clearly communicated during the purchase process on our website.
