Confirmation will be made upon full prepayment of the accommodation by credit card at the time of booking. The amount will be automatically debited from the card provided.

Payment will be processed at the time of booking, and confirmation will be sent after transaction approval.

Reservations not confirmed by prepayment may be canceled without prior notice. In case of no-show, cancellation, or change, the current cancellation and non-refund policies will apply, according to the chosen rate.

Cancellation Policies

All services purchased, including accommodation, are considered non-refundable after the transaction is completed, as detailed at the time of purchase or contracting through our website. Therefore, it will not be possible to make refunds of any nature in the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason, after the transaction is completed.
