High Season Cancellation Policy:

The total daily value will be charged immediately after booking confirmation. In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount charged will not be refunded.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the credit card does not authorize the charge. Therefore, reactivation of the reservation is subject to availability and rate changes.

When making your reservation, the customer declares to be aware of and agree with our cancellation policy.

All services purchased, including accommodation, are considered non-refundable after the transaction is completed, as detailed at the time of purchase or contracting through our website. Therefore, it will not be possible to make refunds of any nature in the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason, after the transaction is completed.
