Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment for operators, agencies and companies that have been approved by the hotel: Billing will be authorized with a due date of 15 days after the checkout date.

For operators, agencies and companies that do not have an approved registration: it will be necessary to enter credit card details or make a 100% deposit.

If payment is not made or invalid cards are used, new card details will be requested. The guest has up to 24 hours to enter new details. Failure to do so will subject the reservation to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Non-refundable rates - no cancellations allowed from the moment of booking. A charge or pre-authorization for the total amount of the reservation may be made at any time after the booking is made. In case of cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
