Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment for operators, agencies and companies that have been approved by the hotel: Billing will be authorized with a due date of 15 days after the checkout date.

For operators, agencies and companies that do not have an approved registration: it will be necessary to enter credit card details or make a 100% deposit.

If payment is not made or invalid cards are used, new card details will be requested. The guest has up to 24 hours to enter new details. Failure to do so will subject the reservation to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations made after the deadline or in the event of a no-show will be charged the first night's rate. Early departures must be communicated 24 hours in advance, under penalty of being charged one night's rate for the day following the departure.

Reservations made in advance will not be refunded, but the amount may be kept as a credit for future stays, provided it is requested up to 24 hours before check-in.
