Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment for operators, agencies and companies that have been approved by the hotel: Billing will be authorized with a due date of 15 days after the check-out date.

For operators, agencies and companies that do not have an approved registration: it will be necessary to enter credit card details or make a 100% deposit.

If payment is not made or cards are invalid, new card details will be requested. The guest has up to 24 hours to enter new details. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being cancelled without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations made in advance will not generate a refund. The amount can be kept as a credit for future stays, as long as it is requested up to 24 hours before check-in.

Cancellation of reservations without a No Show fee is permitted up to 24 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the first night's stay.
