Prepayment A percentage of 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged at any time after the reservation is made. All reservations must have a credit card number with a security code. Prepaid Reservations are 100pct prepaid. Mandatory to inform security code for credit card guarantee.

Guarantee Policy All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card with a security code. Payment billed only to tour operators with hotel-approved registration.
