Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation. No charges will be made until check-in, however, the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card at any time. In case of No-show, the amount of the first night will be charged. If this is your first stay to be billed on the network, your reservation will be billed after the registration has been analyzed by the responsible department. Therefore, even if the billing is noted on the channel, it does not guarantee billing for the 15 days after check-out.
Cancellation Policies
A no-show guarantee is required for all reservations. THE CREDIT CARD PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WILL BE USED FOR GUARANTEE ONLY AND WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IN THE EVENT OF A NO-SHOW. In the case of reservations with a refundable rate plan, cancellation will be allowed up to 1 day (24 hours) before the guest's check-in date. In the case of a no-show, the amount of the 1st (first) day's stay will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
