Cancellation Policies

It does not allow cancellation/change of reservation and in case of no-show (no show) full period is charged (100% of daily rates). Period: New Year's Eve and Carnival.

General Policy

• Daily rate includes breakfast, served in the restaurant from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM;

• Check-in at 2:00 PM and Check-out at 12:00 PM;

• El Aram Beach and Convention reserves the right to change the rates applied by the establishment without prior notice, honoring previously confirmed reservations at the rates up to the date of the change;

• Any and all extra consumption must be paid at Check-out;

• We accept all credit cards;

• Valet parking is available for an additional cost of R$ 25.00 per day of stay. LIMITED SPACES.

CHILDREN'S POLICY:
According to the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law 8.069/90 - Art. 82), it is prohibited to accommodate a child or adolescent in a hotel without the authorization or accompaniment of their parents.
