General Policy
• Daily rate includes breakfast, served in the restaurant from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM;
• Check-in at 2:00 PM and Check-out at 12:00 PM;
• El Aram Natal Mar Hotel reserves the right to change the rates applied by the establishment without prior notice, honoring previously confirmed reservations at the rates up to the date of the change;
• Any and all extra consumption must be paid at Check-out;
• We accept all credit cards;
• Paid parking at an additional cost of R$ 20.00 per day.
CHILDREN'S POLICY:
According to the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law 8.069/90 - Art. 82), it is prohibited to accommodate a child or adolescent in a hotel without the authorization or accompaniment of their parents. At check-in, you must present an identity document or birth certificate proving parentage, or notarized authorization from your legal guardians.
