Cancellation Policies
Reservations cannot be cancelled or changed, and in case of no-show, the full period (100% of the daily rate) will be charged.
General Policy
• Daily rate includes All Inclusive meal plan (All meals and a selection of drinks are included in this plan) - See menu;
• Check-in at 2:00 PM and Check-out at 12:00 PM;
• El Aram Beach Cabo reserves the right to change the rates applied by the establishment without prior notice, honoring previously confirmed reservations at the rates up to the date of the change;
• Any and all extra consumption of the All Inclusive plan must be paid at Check-out;
• We accept all credit cards.
CHILDREN'S POLICY:
According to the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law 8.069/90 - Art. 82), it is prohibited to accommodate a child or adolescent in a hotel without the authorization or accompaniment of their parents. At the time of check-in, it is necessary to present an identity document or birth certificate proving parentage or authorization from the guardians authenticated by a notary public;
