All reservations are confirmed with a No Show guarantee. The No Show guarantee refers to the value of the first night's stay, which is retained by the hotel in case of no-show on the check-in day. Payment of the No Show guarantee must be made in advance, up to 7 days before check-in, using the available credit card or PIX; Any difference in nights to be paid will be charged at the hotel reception at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations cannot be cancelled or changed, and in case of no-show, the full period (100% of the daily rate) will be charged. Period: New Year's Eve and Carnival.
