The total payment for daily rates must be made in advance, up to 7 days after the purchase date, using the available credit card or PIX;

The total payment for daily rates must be made in advance, 7 days after the purchase date, using the available credit card or PIX;

On other dates:

All reservations are confirmed with a No Show guarantee. The No Show guarantee refers to the amount of the first night's stay and this is retained by the hotel in case of no-show on the day of check-in. Payment of the No Show guarantee must be made in advance, up to 7 days before check-in, using an available credit card or PIX; If there is a difference in the number of nights to be paid, it will be charged at the hotel reception, at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policies

It does not allow cancellation/modification of the reservation and in case of no-show (no show) full period is charged (100% of daily rates). Period: New Year and Carnival.

Reservation can be canceled up to 14 days before check-in free of charge. In case of no show (no show) or cancellation after the deadline, the first night will be charged;

If cancelled up to 07 days before arrival, no penalty will be charged
If cancelled later or in case of no-show will be charged 50% of the reserved period.
