Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining 50% at check-in. If paying in installments, the total package amount must be paid at the time of booking.

The reservation will only be confirmed after confirmation of payment has been made. Proof of payment must be sent immediately after payment is made.

Cancellation Policies

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If canceled within 14 days of arrival, the guest will be charged 50% of the total price.
