Limited parking:
We only have 9 spaces, we do not reserve. It is on a first-come, first-served basis for R$100.00 for the period from 11/28 to 11/30/2025. Payment must be made at check-in.

It is necessary to leave the key at the reception for any possible maneuvers and in case of refusal it will not be possible to use the space.

We are not responsible for cars on the street.

Kayaks can be stored on the hotel's premises!

Children from 0 to 6 years old: Free, as long as they sleep in the same bed as the parent/guardian.

Children from 7 to 11 years old: 20% increase in the DKF package, as long as they sleep in the same bed as the parent/guardian.

Policy applicable on dates: 12/29/2025 - 1/2/2026

New Year's Eve Package 2025
Package valid for a minimum of 3 nights, with check-in on 12/29/25 and check-out on 01/01/26 OR check-in on 12/30/25 and check-out on 01/02/26.

Times:
- Check-in: From 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out: Until 12:00 p.m.
- For check-in and check-out outside the package date, the current standard daily rate will be charged. Please check availability and price in advance.

Reservations:
- Reservations will be made upon payment of 50% of the total package amount.
- We consider the reservation effective only after proof of payment in the account for 50% of the total amount of the combined package, either by card or Pix. In the case of Pix or deposit, the guest must send the bank receipt within 48 hours after making the reservation, otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled. A confirmation will then be sent by email or WhatsApp.
- The remaining payment must be made at the time of check-in, upon arrival.

Payment
- Reservations will only be made with a minimum payment of 50% of the total value of the package.
- We accept Pix, bank deposit, debit and credit cards. We offer installments in up to 6x without interest.
- For Pix and deposit, it is necessary to send the bank receipt within 48 hours of making the reservation and the confirmation is subject to the payment being registered in the account by the Finance Department.

Cancellation, No-show or withdrawal policy after arrival:
- The New Year's Eve package is exclusive and NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If your reservation is canceled or you do not show up on the day of check-in, the payment made will not be refunded regardless of the reason.
- After checking in at the hotel (check-in), if there is an interruption in the rest of the period, regardless of the reason, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. There will be no refund or credit for future stays.

Children in the room.
- Children up to 6 years old: Considered free of charge as long as they sleep in the same bed as their guardians.
- Children over 7 years old: Will be charged the full rate.
- Children are not allowed to stay alone in the apartment or on the premises of the inn. Guardians must be present at all times.

Parking:
- WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING.
- We are not responsible for cars on the street.

Policy applicable on dates: 2/13/2026 - 2/17/2026

Carnival 2026
Package valid for a minimum of 03 nights, which can be in the following periods:
Check-in 02/13/26 and check-out 02/16/26
Check-in 02/14/26 and check-out 02/17/26
Check-in 02/15/26 and check-out 02/18/26

Time:
Check-in: From 2:00 pm
Check-out: Until 12:00 pm
Breakfast included in the package, served on the terrace from 7:30 am to 9:30 am.

Parking:
We only have 09 (nine) spaces, for this reason we do not reserve them. It is on a first-come, first-served basis and is not included in the daily rate.
A fee of R$ 120.00 is charged for the period at the time of check-in.

Extra bed:

We do not have any extra beds available and we do not allow people beyond the capacity of the room, please do not insist.

Children:
Children from 0 to 6 years old do not pay, as long as they sleep in the same bed as the person responsible.
Children from 7 years old: Will be charged the full amount.

On other dates:

No-show and cancellation policy:
• In the event of a No-show, regardless of the season or package, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
• Cancellation of the stay after check-in, upon arrival at the inn, as well as early departure, especially due to weather changes or any other reason, WILL NOT GIVE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT FOR NEW DAILY RATES, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the accommodation package or daily rate.
• If there is a need to cancel the reservation or change the date of the stay, the guest must notify the inn in writing. Cancellations or changes made by telephone will not be accepted. This communication must be sent by email or WhatsApp.
The amount to be refunded will be based on the total amount of the reservation:
• If canceled up to 30 days before the arrival date, 10% of the total price of the reservation will be charged; • If cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged;
• In case of cancellation, the amount deposited in the reservation confirmation will not be returned in cash, but rather in the form of a credit for accommodation.
• All outstanding credit must be used within 60 (sixty) days from the date of cancellation of the reservation.
• In the event of partial cancellation of the contracted days and the client is still at the hotel, no difference in the amount previously paid will be returned, whether in cash or credit for accommodation.
