Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment is divided into two parts, 50% at the time of booking as a guarantee, and the remainder can be paid up to 60 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation Policies

This rate does not allow cancellation or refund after 7 days from the date of booking confirmation, as stipulated in the Consumer Protection Code. After this period, requests for changes, cancellations, or refunds will not be accepted.
