Payment Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed. Reservations can be guaranteed in the following ways: Credit Card (with security code), bank deposit with payment and/or Pix transfer.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations will only be accepted and scheduled in our system upon payment and submission of full proof of payment. No refunds will be given in case of cancellation or no-show.

Guarantee Policy

Reservations will be confirmed upon payment of the total reservation amount.
